The state is a human collectivity, living on a certain territory, on which a political authority is exercised and which is characterized by several elements or historical and political dimensions qualitatively cumulated, which lay the foundation of any state and which are the compulsory elements for a state to exist. One can determine for sure if a certain human society is a state only having studying and knowing the elements of the state. |
