The present study issues an analysis of the judicial content of accidental murder in the context of car accidents. Nevertheless, a presentation of the main causes of this type of crime – such as alcohol consumption and driving under the influence of alcoholic substances – is made. Also, throughout the study, the role of jurisprudence connected to the aspects in discussion is fully described. |
