1957 became the turning point in the decentralization of power in the Soviet Union. In those months were taken several laws, which essentially expanded the rights of republics within their development and approval of legislation, budgetary rights, powers of local governing bodies. Also has undergone a serious transformation of the administrative-territorial structure of the republic. The article powers set out in detail of the Government of the Republic.
