We intend to single out and analyze the specific peculiarities of the national legislation in relation with the establishment, modification and cancellation of the matrimonial contractual regime. In the Republic of Moldova the family legislation permits to establish a matrimonial regime both before the registration of the marriage, and during the marriage. Examples are given of law systems form other countries in which the modalities of establishing the matrimonial regime is abolished and ceased.. Iy is stressed the practical use of the aspects concerning the matrimonial contractual regime. |
