This article is dedicated to the criminological research of teenager’s suicidal behavior. Adolescents comprise an eclectic mix of people vitally important to society, yet long-term comprehensive studies on the circumstances of their death are lacking in the criminology and pediatric forensic literature. Some disputable questions were solved. First of all, there was proposed an examination of factors and conditions favorable to committing suicide. More than that, we tried to explain the essence of suicidal behavior by different theories and approaches applied in modern legal psychiatry, legal psychology, biology and sociology. The basic purpose of this scientific examination is to make clear the notion of suicidal behavior and suicidal attempts in order to elaborate an efficient preventive program in the sphere of Victimology.
