The international treaties concerning the human rights are part of the internal law, creates rights on which people can prevail of into their relations with the authorities and in the relations between them (the principle of the direct effect) and have a greater juridical force than the national laws, which are removed when they are opposite, even then when the latter are adopted after the treaty (the principle of the international treaty’s priority). |
