The article has been devoted to the investigation of a principle of separation of powers. In the theoretical scheme of the principle of separation of powers (legislative, executive, judicial), these are executed by independent authorities and have equal parts of power. Certain importance is given to their abilities. Due to them each public authority has and executes a series of proper duties, through which specific activities are effectuated (legislative, executive, judicial). At the same time they compensate reciprocal relations between them. |
