Within this article, after a laborious analyze the conclusion is achieved that the notion „documents forge” must be concerned with in double acceptation, respectively in wide acceptation and narrow acceptation. The wide acceptation is to be used in case of documents forge type classification (or in case of offences classification including the documents forges). The narrow acceptation is to be used in the discussion about the „documents forge” notion more in the Penal Law terminology context, than in a theoretical one. Also, there are brought strong arguments about the narrow acceptation meaning, throughout it the notion „documents forges” may be understood as document adulteration (that is to make forge documents) or as the content alteration of some authentic documents. At last, it is demonstrated that the notion „make of forge documents” is not identical with the „documents forge” notion. In this way, the „make of forge documents” notion can’t be comprehended as the content alteration of authentic documents, neither as insertion of false mentions or ascertains in documents.
