The purpose of this article is to research the judicial nature, the notion and the content of the individual litigation of work. The investigation of individual litigation of work by the use of judicial conflictology methods offers the possibility to pass over the barriers of traditional approaches, sometimes limited in the process of investigation. On the basis of the results of the investigation of the conflictology field for the individual litigation of work, we can get a great number of interesting and important conclusions.
