This article contains the main provisions concerning the alteration, revocation and cancellation of the will. The cases expressly provided by the legislation in force of tacit revocation, total and partial revocation. More than that, it describes the new elements introduced by the new Civil Code, comparison elements of different legislations and different cases solved in the courts of Republic of Moldova. |
