The article overviews the current signi"icance of the concept of pedagogical culture, aut lines its keycomponents, argues about the need to complete the concept with other components which are required by to day’s educational practice, and calls for a corresponding university and post-university training of teaching staff with a view to preparing teachers of quality. |
