COMMON ISSUES OF MOLDOVA AND TURKEY IN THE ORGANIZATION OF THE BLACK SEA ECONOMIC COOPERATION Regional cooperation is a component part of multilateral diplomacy of the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Moldova which manifests itself in enhancement of political relations, security and commercial-economic relations within the organizations and initiatives from the extended region of the Black Sea. It should be mentioned that Black Sea represents an important field of communication used for transporting goods. Navy is recognized as one of the main means of carrying the international trade. Moreover, this enormous treasure is already actively valued for the acquisition of food resources and useful mineral substances; the importance of these is growing every year, taking into consideration that in the nearest future the mankind will face the lack of hydrocarbons, food and drinking water. The globalization of the trade and industry growth ensures enormous opportunities for development of the Black Sea region. The regional cooperation is considered justifiably the most efficient tool for consolidation of the political stability, of the democracy, economic progress and of the social development in the Black Sea region.

ASPECTE GENERALE COMUNE ALE MOLDOVEI ȘI TURCIEI ÎN CADRUL COOPERĂRII ÎN CEMN Cooperarea regională este o parte componentă a diplomaţiei multilaterale a Turciei şi Republicii Moldova care se manifestă prin intensificarea relaţiilor politice, de securitate şi comercial-economice în cadrul organizaţiilor şi iniţiativelor din regiunea extinsă a Mării Negre. Este de menţionat, că Marea Neagră – reprezintă o importantă sferă de comunicare, utilizată pentru transportul de mărfuri. Flota maritimă este recunoscută ca unul din principalele mijloace de realizare a comerţului internaţional. Mai mult, acest tezaur enorm, deja este activ valorificat pentru dobândirea resurselor de alimentaţie şi substanţelor minerale utile, importanţa acestuia creşte cu fiecare an, având în vedere, că în perspectiva apropiată omenirea se va confrunta cu lipsa de hidrocarburi, produse alimentare şi apă potabilă. Globalizarea comerţului şi creşterea industrială asigură mari oportunităţi de dezvoltare a regiunii Mării Negre. Cooperarea regională este considerată, în mod justificat, cel mai eficient instrument pentru consolidarea stabilităţii politice, a democraţiei, progresului economic şi a dezvoltării sociale în regiunea Mării Negre.

ОБЩИЕ ВОПРОСЫ МОЛДОВЫ И ТУРЦИИ В РАМКАХ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ЧЕРНОМОРСКОГО ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА Региональное сотрудничество является составной частью многосторонней дипломатии Республики Турция и Республики Молдова, которая проявляется в интенсификации политических отношений, в области безопасности и торгово-экономических отношений в рамках организаций и инициатив в расширенном формате региона Черного моря. Следует отметить, что Черное море является важным полем общения, используемое для транспортировки товаров. Морские судна признаны одним из главных средств ведения международной торговли. Более того, эта неисчерпаемая сокровищница весьма высоко ценится при приобретении продовольственных ресурсов и полезных минеральных ископаемых; принимая во внимание, что в ближайшем будущем человечество столкнется с недостатком углеводородов, продуктов питания и питьевой воды, их значение возрастает с каждым годом. Глобализация торговли и рост промышленности обеспечивают огромные возможности для развития в регионе Черного моря. Региональное сотрудничество считается по праву наиболее эффективным инструментом для консолидации политической стабильности, демократии, экономического прогресса и социального развития в регионе Черного моря.
