In this article we going to talk about: Kaposi maladie, new like herpatical virus 8 (HHV-8)- it’s a malignant proliferation of endothelial tissue. We know 4 clinicals forms of this maladie: classic form, africane forme, the imunodepresive forme, the HIV SIDA dependent forme Cutneous lesions: purple hematoms that transformes in papules or in tumors. Mucousol lesions are the first symptoms of the Kaposi maladie asociedet with the HIV SIDA, at 22%of pacients. Sistemical influence: the lesions on the anal canal can be asoociedet with the obstruction.Bronhospames, caugh, respiratore failes make the Kaposi maladie like a pulmonary sindrome. Diagnosies: clinical examination, biopsie of the tissue. Treatment varies depending on the evolution of maladie: cirurgical remove or radiotherapie trerment. Sever forms tendending to extension are treatead by chymiotherapie, using one more different medicamentations. Administration of interferons ( cytokines) produced by genetics engineering are also possible. HIV-inffected pacients are going to associet antiretroviral therapy with chymiotherapie. The visceral Kaposi maladie are more difficult to discover then those mesenchymals.
