Rezumat

As a result of interbreeding european grape Vitis vinifera L., (2n = 38) with the type of grape Muscadinia rotundifolia Michx. (2n = 40) belonging respectively to leave Vitis and Muscadinia and further pollination hybrids pollen european grape varieties were created quite a large number of remote hybrids. Of the population of remote hybrids BC3 identifi ed forms, which are a combination of signs of productivity and quality of the crop resistant to phylloxera and other pests and diseases. On biological and agro-technological criteria they do not concede cultivated grape species Vitis vinifera L. Physico-chemical analysis carried out on berries vine distant hybrids (V.vinifera L. x M.rotundifolia Michx.) of the IV generation showed that the concentration of phenolic substances, resveratrol, pectin, etc. is relatively higher than in the vine varieties of crop (V.vinifera L.). However, forest vine (Vitis vinifera subsp. sylvestris Gmel.), has concentrations of phenolic substances, resveratrol, pectin etc. much more than distant hybrids of vine (V.vinifera L. x M.rotundifolia Michx.) of the IV generation.
