The magistrate profile must contain all necessary competences for basic requirements of this profession, respecting the most important problems currently facing the legal system in Moldova. The judge is empowered to enforce the law on behalf of the state, which develops professional sense of responsibility for the consequences of his actions. Personality profile of the magistrate includes emotional stability, critical thinking, cognitive and moral integrity, social awareness, ability in a constructively action in a constant psycho-emotional overload conditions, etc. The competences included in the profile must be understood as internal, intrapersonal conditions, of right, independent and impartial action of the magistrate.
