| Rezumat | ||||||
The author examines an inedited aspect of the protection of inventions, the negative novelty, that
means lack in the examining object of one or more essential elements of the prior art with which it is
compared the given object for novelty examination. The negative novelty is patentable exclusively in
the case where owing to the exclusion of one or more elements from the similar solution there appears
a positive effect, consisting in the increase or appearance of a new effect of the remaining elements
set. |
