Deregulation of tissue’s micro-circulation, which proceeds the majority of human pathologies, is strictly connected to arterial–venous spasms, controlled by the hypothalamus through neuronal arc and humoral system. In this paper it is proposed to isolate the hypothalamus from peripheral excitants using the neuronal way (sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system), to equilibrate the humoral system (histamine and vasopressin) and to oxygenate the texture (tissues). In the emergency practice these measures decrease the mortality of doctors twice in comparison to the usual way of offering emergency medical assistance.
