În articol este scoasă în evidenţă valoarea socială a măsurilor speciale de investigaţie realizate de ofi ţerii de investigaţie ai Inspectoratului General al Poliţiei din subordinea Ministerului Afacerilor Interne al Republicii Moldova. Este tras un semnal de alarmă asupra efectelor negative pe care le produce şi astăzi reforma activităţii speciale de investigaţie din 2012 asupra consolidării statului de drept şi ocrotirii drepturilor şi intereselor legitime ale cetăţeanului. Sunt evidenţiate difi cultăţi pe care le întâmpină ofi ţerii de investigaţii la realizarea sarcinilor activităţii speciale de investigaţie, fi ind vorba despre prevenirea şi curmarea infracţiunilor, culegerea informaţiilor despre posibile evenimente şi acţiuni ce ar putea pune în pericol securitatea statului.

The article highlights the social value of the special investigative measures carried out by the investigating offi cers of the General Police Inspectorate subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Aff airs of the Republic of Moldova. There is an alarm signal on the negative eff ects that the reform of the special investigation activity of 2012 on the consolidation of the rule of law and the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the citizen still produces. The difficulties encountered by the investigating officers in carrying out the tasks of the special investigative activity are highlighted, the matter being about the prevention and cessation of crimes, gathering information about possible events and actions that could endanger the security of the state.
