Local economic development is a coherent and continuous process of planning and implementing of strategic programs and policies for sustainable development in order to improve the measurable quality of life of the local community, through partnerships and creative use of local resources. The main task of local development is to achieve a sustainable improvement in quality of life in the community, to create economic opportunities in the form of new jobs, investments and new activities in a sustainable process that involves the creative use of local resources for better quality of life. |
