One of the aspects of teaching, whether you are a novel teacher or experienced one, is class management. Classroom management is a complex set of organizational events in the classroom initiated by the teacher in order to create and maintain the atmosphere which will allow them to reach their educational goals and contribute to students’ partnership, involvement in educational process and new material assimilation. |
