The presence of a high degree of instability and unpredictability conditioned by the emergence of asymmetric risks and threats, redefining the rela-tions between the great powers and increasing the freedom of action of regional, state or non-state actors. The present events on the international arena caused changes in the security environment in: instability, diversification, modernization, uncertainty, special mobility, the high rate of change as well as current trends of influence of the geopolitical actors-power centers on the security’s architecture at global and regional level. Thus, this article subjects the analysis the correlation between the inter-national security phenomenon and the crisis.
