Problema reglării emoţionale obţine calitate în cadrul organizării şi realizării psihodiagnosticului profesional al educatorilor pentru activitate în condiţiile reale ale familiei. Competenţa de reglare emoţională, capacitatea de a conduce starea personală – sunt unele din calităţile profesionale ale educatorilor. Cu toate acestea, printre educatori, se observă o pregătire profesional-pedagogică insuficientă cu privire la comportamentul în situaţii emoţiogene.

The present article aims to contribute to the general understanding of the problem of emotions regulation in the framework of professional psycho diagnosis for the teachers that would work in the real family conditions. The competence of emotions regulation, the capacity of being able to lead your own emotional state is one of the most important professional qualities of the teachers. Although, the author mentions that there are teachers, which lack the ability to behave constructively in the cases of emotional situations.
