Unlocking the potential of each one's work, professional career development does not satisfy without working and comply with requirements of training and maintaining team spirit. It is not easy to create effective teams. Our world progresses too rapidly and therefore there isn't a set of prescriptions. One of the reasons for which adequate teamwork efficiency is not resulting from simple prescriptions is the organizational requirements variation.
