Rezumat | ||||||
There are several methods of researching organizational culture: systemic method, rational-pragmatic method, anthro-pological method. Analyzing a complex phenomenon such as organizational culture, it is necessary to consider all the theories mentioned above, because they help us understand more of its aspects. The anthropologic onset is oriented to the identification of symbols, values and basic presumptions accepted by a human group. It is based on the analysis of individual and group behavior, on the analysis of the history and traditions of the organization, on the changes that take place on the mentality level and represents in our opinion the style of existence of the organization. |
