In the present article the author points out again the importance of the teachings of the academicians Secenov and Pavlov about the work of the central nervous system, its functioning while playing wind instruments. He speaks about the notions of conditioned and unconditioned are made taking as a basis the schools of interpretation from the Moscow and Petersburg Conservatoires and the G.Enescu Academy of Arts from Iaşi. The author lays emphasis on the necessity of knowing the psychophysiological bases of the interpretative process in order to use a scientific method of studying or participating in the performing or teaching activity.
