| Rezumat | ||||||
During the whole human activity people were and stillare concerned with plants as director indirect food suppliers for the human kind, as energetic sources,in dendro-ornamental purposes, and the last but notthe least as sources of vegetal origin for pharmaceutics.At present, about 20 thousand species of medicinal herbs supplyal most 30% of pharmaceutical preparations of vegetal origin.Aspecial attention in thisregard is given to the species Echinacea purpurea (L.)Moench. The preparations obtained from these plants increase organism’s immunityand decrease the respiratory system infections. According to obtained experimental data the studied plant can be recommended for cultivation.
