Статья посвящена разработке концептуальных основ правового регулирования публично-управленческой деятельности в процессе формирования национальной антикоррупционной политики. Исследованы методологические основы и практические аспекты противодействия коррупционным проявлениям в системе публичной власти современной Украины. Основой национальной антикоррупционной политики определено совершенствование антикоррупционного законодательства, распространение общественного негативного отношения к коррупции, причин ее возникновения и распространения. Установлено, что эффективность национальной политики предотвращения и противодействия коррупции в Украине, кроме наличия соответствующей политической воли, требует надлежащего законодательного обеспечения, формирования действенной системы государственных органов, обеспечение надлежащей координации антикоррупционной политики, превентивных мер предупреждения коррупции, а также их преодоления

Article is devoted to the development of the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the ways of forming and implementing an effective anti-corruption policy of Ukraine on the basis of taking into account national peculiarities and best foreign experience. The methodological bases and practical aspects of counteracting corruption manifestations in the system of public authority of modern Ukraine are investigated. The process of formation and development of the national anti-corruption policy is characterized. The basis of the national anti-corruption policy is the improvement of anti-corruption legislation, the spread of public negative attitudes towards corruption, the causes of its emergence and spread. It is established, that the effectiveness of the national policy of preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine, in addition to the existence of the necessary political will, requires adequate legislative support, the formation of an effective system of state authorities, ensuring proper coordination of anti-corruption policy, preventive measures to prevent corruption and overcoming them..  

Articolul este dedicat dezvoltării bazelor conceptuale ale reglementării legale a activității de management public în procesul de formare a politicii naționale anticorupție. Se investighează bazele metodologice și aspectele practice ale contracarării manifestărilor corupției în sistemul de autoritate publică a Ucrainei moderne. Baza politicii naționale anticorupție este îmbunătățirea legislației anticorupție, răspândirea atitudinilor publice negative față de corupție, cauzele apariției și răspândirii acesteia.
