The article presents the characteristic features of the modern teacher training and its multicultural component development in Ukraine.The author’s view on the content of polycultural education efficiency in the system of pre- and inservice teacher training is outlined. The conditions and criteria of polycultural education efficiency in the system of teacher training both in formal and informal education are provided. |
