Rezumat

Long-term researches results of the study of cuttings’ regeneration activity at new table and wine varieties phylloxera resistant, selected at the National Institute of Vine Growing and Wine Making of the Republic of Moldova are presented. There are revealed varieties with very high (Riton, Floricica, Moldova), high(Ialovenskii ustoichivii, Luminitsa), middle( Viorika,) andlow (Avgustovskii,Startovii) root formation activity. The dynamics of the regeneration processes at cuttings is investigated, and a different varieties reaction at the growth regulators action of auxin nature (Indole butyric acid) and steroid nature (Moldstim) is established. It is shown that preparations efficiency depends on physiological activity of tissues and most actively manifests on varieties with middle and low root formation activity. By the end of callusing under the action of the indole butyric acid the percent of rooting increases depending on the variety, from 16,0-38,9% at Moldstim – to 32,0-40,0% in comparison with the control lot.
