Purpose: In this article is addressed the problem of healthcare provided to patients with severe extragenital pathology in period of 2011-2014 in Intensive Therapy Unit for women from IMSPIM andC. Material and Methods: In the reporting period in Intensive Therapy Unit for women from IMSP IMandC were treated 3599 patients obstetrical profi le. It was seen an increase in cases of severe genital diseases: cardiovascular disease, hepato -renal system diseases, hematopoietic and lymphoid, diabetes, malignancy. Results: In 2014 increased 1,26 times the rate of population morbidity compared with 2001. The highest increase in morbidity (from 56,7 in 2001 - from 151,5 to 100.00 inhabitants in 2014) is found in cardiovascular diseases (p<0,001). Alert on growth of 2,88 times the rate of endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases (p<0,001); 1,23 times - digestive diseases (p<0,001). It is growing about 1,4 times the number of pregnant women with acute pyelonephritis (p<0,01). It increased almost two times the number of patients with malignancies (p<0,01), who became pregnant this background. Conclusions: In the Intensive Therapy Unit for women the number of patients with malignancies has increased almost two times. The factors favoring the development of severe genital pathology at the pregnant women are the following: unfavourable social environment, lack of information in the media, unwillingness to require healthcare, lack of prenatal consultation, hidden unwanted pregnancy and migration. |
