Every system is characterized by the hierarchy of its component elements. The systemic of international normative-juridical acts is varied enough and can be hierarchically analyzed having the knowledge of the objective laws of juridical authority – the quality of the normative juridical act, which determines its place in the hierarchy system of the state legislation. |
