The object of scientific research of the present article will include several passages judiciary practice concerning the effect of nullity of the initial juridical act from a group of contracts and the effects produced on the next juridical act, expressed in the Decision of the Plenary Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Moldova concerning the application of the court instances of the legislation regulating the nullity of the civil juridical act. ,,As to the reflection of the effects of the nullity of the juridical act concerning the third parts, it should be remembered that the cancelling of the initial juridical act will cause the the cancelling of the next juridical act, due to their reciprocal connection”. |
