The contemporary world is kept in the coordinates of phenomena and events whose consequences are found in permanent reshaping of power relations on different spatial scales. The emergence of new power centers tend reconfiguration of spheres of influence, resizing areas of interest for a variety of geopolitical actors are major events that influence the format of the new international order. Any state, regardless of size, level of development, etc. Has its own interests in the region placed closer or further from its borders. The state is projecting the interests counting on the international legal order. There are cases where there is concentration of interests of states in certain regions, the latter being considered as areas of interest. Projection interests of all states also known concentration of interest is ensured by compliance with the international legal order.
