The Plan of Actions European Union - Republic of Moldova is a political document, to which accomplishment the Academy of Public Administration, Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova has its important role. The Academy has already established fruitful cooperation with similar institutions from different European countries and non-governmental organizations. The experience of last years shows the high role of the Academy of Public Administration in the accomplishment of Local Government Reform Project / USAID by offering to the mayors the possibility to learn more about the information regarding the successful practices from local public authorities experience, and about the strategic planning implementation within the Project partner.
