În acest articol autorul realizează analiza structural - funcţională a mecanismului politic de formare şi realizare a interesului naţional/statal ca factor determinant al opţiunii de politică externă, abordînd următoarele subiecte: dihotomia şi oportunitatea utilizării noţiunii de interes „naţional”, „statal” sau „naţional/statal”; structura conceptului de interes naţional/statal; mecanismul politic de formare şi conceptualizare a interesului naţional/statal; interesul naţional/statal în calitate de declanşator al acţiunii externe a statului. Concluziile prezentate sunt pertinente şi de o importanţă şi aplicabilitate atît teoretică, cît şi practică

In this article, the author performed a structural - functional analysis of the political mechanism of creation and implementation of the national/state interest as determinant of the foreign policy option, addressing the following topics: dichotomy and the opportunity of using the concept of interest “national”, “state” or “national/ state”; the structure of the concept of the national/state interest; political mechanism of formation and conceptualization of the national/ state interest; the interest of national/state as an trigger for the external action of the state. The conclusions presented are relevant and of the importance and applicability both theoretical as well practical.
