Postoperative evisceration is a low frequency pathology, but encumbered by high morbidity and mortality, significant increase in hospitalization days and and its cost. Determination of risk factors is an important rule in the therapeutic success. It was conducted the analysis of a clinical series, the purpose of which was to highlight the particular clinical and laboratory features, imaging diagnostics and treatment results. Prematurity, associated malformations, abdominal infections, wound and operative infections, increased abdominal pressure, heart and lung diseases, compromised immune field, etc. The prognosis in a series of patients with postoperative eviscerations was kept. |
