In the given work the attention is given to the questions connected to occurrence of disputes, following of the corporate relations considered by Arbitration courts of the Russian Federation. By consideration of jurisdiction of courts we pay special attention to judiciary practice of the Kamchatka territory on the legal proceedings connected to a recognition of the decision on the state registration void. More detailed consideration is given to a question on invalidity of the state registration of legal persons in this connection, we carry out research of such questions as: on what bases the state registration of legal persons can be recognized void; what persons have the right to submit claims for decision-making on invalidity of the state registration and the consequences following from such decision.
