One of the hardest defined notions of international law is recognition. Because of diversity of states practices in this area, could not detach clear customary rules. In order to be recognised as a state, a new entity must combine characteristic features that are necessary to a state existence, but this existence in order to be opposable to other state, it is necessary that the mentioned state to have this existence recognised. |
