Nowadays, the concept of organizational culture has aroused widespread interest among researchers in the field. Once identifying and studying it, organizational culture played a major role in the birth and development of a new way to conceive the Organization, its management and, by default, to turn in the intra and extra organizational sphere. Until today, the bibliography brings together the views of researchers, for the most part about the organizational culture within the firm, international and multinational companies, although public sector organizations ought to represent one of the permanent reference points on which they ought to have it in mind, given the strong influence that these organizations through their work, the members of communities and societies of every country, as a whole. In the present study we intend to define organizational culture in public sector organizations, identifying a number of peculiarities and its importance for public organizations. |
