Rezumat

„Synopsis: the present and the future construct changes in the theory and practice of efficient management, therefore one need to adopt the motto “Nothing lasts forever” and “Almost nothing is predictable”. National and international competitiveness of enterprises is based on the enterprise ability to generate and apply pioneering ideas. In case of the Republic of Moldova, novel ideas should be the main source of economic rehabilitation and restart. Small and Medium enterprises account for 97,6% of the total number of businesses in the republic of Moldova, the SME-s being considered the engine of the national economic growth. Due to this fact, there is a tendency in the field of the novel business ideas to solidify the position of SMEs as the leading “innovation nucleus” within science teams. An efficient and effective indigenous entrepreneurship model of the future can be accomplished by adopting and exploring an “innovation and creation policy”, coupled with the ability and desire to change, adapt and engage in a life long learning process of the modern manager.
