| Rezumat | ||||||
In the article is analyzed the process of ensuring of human security and personal safety under the impact of contemporary multidimensional security challenges. The article is directed mainly to bring to light the current processes of ensuring security of the human person and humanity as a whole. The escalation of global and regional security challenges is correlated with aggravation of human, social and environmental insecurity. The imperative necessity of counteraction to contemporary global and regional threats for protection of human person can be fulfilled by strengthening human security. The appropriate assessment of the benefits, costs and vulnerabilities in counteraction to the security risks are also analyzed in the article. |
