Autorul descrie mecanismul elaborat și implementat de către MNEIN la selectarea subiectelor, considerate de importanță majoră pentru reflectare pe mărcile și efectele poștale, emise de Î.S. „Poșta Moldovei”, astfel stabilind nu doar gradul de paternitate a instituției muzeale asupra acestor piese, ci, subliniind, mai ales, rolul pe care-l joacă instituția în acel proces de editare a pieselor filatelico-poștale, care, răspândindu-se în lume, duc faima Republicii Moldova.

The author describes the mechanism that The National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History developed and implemented for the selection of subjects which are considered of major importance for reflection, represented on the stamps and postal items, issued by the State Enterprise „Poșta Moldovei”. Thus, it is established not only the degree of paternity of the museum institution over these items, but it is especially emphasized the role played by the institution in the process of publishing the philatelic-postal items. These, spreading throughout the world, bring the fame of the Republic of Moldova.
