In the modern society different people form different groups: ethnic, by common hobbies and interests. But sometimes they are such a thing as a misunderstanding and the unwillingness to accept the opinions of others. This is due to the low level of tolerance or lack of practice in this society on tolerance, which is necessary as the value and should be a base of social development. This image is an extremely important element of the multiethnic and multicultural society. In such intense period of history, which is now experiencing the Republic of Moldova is very important to the enforcement of all sensible people in the harmonization of public relations, nurturing a culture of interethnic dialogue and tolerance behavior in society. Absence of a culture tolerant of communication between political actors on the objectives of internal and external policies, as well as their means of implementation, has led to a 90-ies, the Republic of Moldova has been unable to fully meet the challenges and problems of building a sovereign and independent state. Model of a modern education can not be created without taking into account regional characteristics, without relying on the historical memory of peoples, on national experiences and learning and family education.
