Articolul analizează problemele ce țin de interacțiune dintre autorități și societate în contextul dezvoltării procesului politic în Republica Moldova. Autorul consideră că specificul interacțiunii dintre putere și societate, caracteristic procesului politic al Republicii Moldova, își are rădăcinile în orientarea sa „de sus în jos”. Autorul explică acest fenomen atât prin cultura etatistă dominantă în țară, cât și prin tendințele obiective ale lumii moderne, contribuind la concentrarea puterii și forței în domeniul politicii. Autorul arată că această tendință duce la marginalizarea politică a populației și la transformarea ei într-un subiect pasiv al procesului politic, chemat să se supună voinței autorităților. Autoritățile, lipsite de control din partea societății, alunecă din ce în ce mai mult în metode autoritare de guvernare, transformând interacțiunea cu societatea într-un „monolog”.

The article analyzes the problems of interaction between the authorities and society in the context of the political process development in the Republic of Moldova. The author believes that the specifics of the interaction between power and society, characteristic for the political process of the Republic of Moldova, are rooted in its “top-down” orientation. The author explains this phenomenon both by the dominant etatist culture in the country, and by objective trends of the modern world, contributing to the concentration of power and force in the field of politics. The author shows that this trend leads to the political marginalization of the people and to the transformation into a passive subject of the political process, called to submit to the authorities will. The authorities, deprived of control by society, are increasingly sliding into authoritarian methods of government, turning interaction with society into a “monologue”.
