| Rezumat | ||||||
The article tackles the problem of qualifying the offences regarding the sexual life. The authors analyze the controversies related to this subject and propose solutions. The penal stipulation regarding the offences like murder accompanied by rape, rape committed repeatedly, rape committed by two or more persons, rape when the victim is under age and others are analyzed thoroughly and improvements to them are proposed. The present study could constitute a real contribution in promoting certain modern standards in judicial theory and practice. |
