Some bench-marks of the evolution on the territory of Republic of Moldova of responsibility settlement for the offences related to the falsification of documents are presented in the article. Naturally, the first offences of falsification were committed after the appearance of the documents and of the social relations related to these. The laws from the ancient, medieval (The Rule of Vasile Lupu from the year 1646), modern (The Criminal Register of Moldova from the year 1826, The Romanian Penal Code from 1865), contemporary (The Romanian Penal Code from 1937) times are brought into discussion. The present Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova inherited some elements of the previous laws. |
