The Universal judicial body is the International Court of the United Nations. The court consists of a board of independent judges selected without dependence on their citizenship out of persons of high moral qualities, meeting the requirements, shown in their countries for purpose, for maximum judicial posts, or lawyers with recognized authority in the field of international law. The court consists of fifteen members, and in its structure there can not be two citizens of the same state. |
