| Rezumat | ||||||
The present article reflects the specificity causes of recurrent criminality in context of crime causality in general. The objective and subjective parts of causality of crime producing by backsliders are described. There is considerable interconnection of the mentioned factors that are contributing to the creation of situations when crime perpetration is impossible to avoid. The recurrency premises are also analysed here. In recurrency causality there are also stated the operating deficiency of law-enforcement organs that are in touch with this human category. |
