The administrative supervision represents a special form of activity accomplished by the special bodies of the executive law in relation with organizationally unsubordinated bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations, persons with responsible functions and citizens in connection with the execution of these of the obligatory norms, standards, requests, and with the possibility of application of the restrictive administrative measures with the aim of warning, finding out and stopping of the infringements, restoring of the law order and punishing of the guilty persons. |
