Единственный способ избежать управляемых конфликтов и войн – расширить влияние культурно-духовных ценностей как инструмента «мягкой силы» в дипломатии. Правительство Азербайджана знает, что самые мощные технологии и оружие XXI века беспомощны перед влиянием, создаваемым посредством культурной дипломатии, и проводят широкую деятельность по сохранению, популяризации и продвижению национально-духовных ценностей нашего народа.
